The shipping charge is $8.99 on all orders with a grand total up to $79.99. We offer FREE shipping and handling on orders over $80. We only ship to the 50 United States. We do not ship to USPS PO Boxes, FPO, or APO addresses. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

30-day returns and refunds are allowed for unopened products. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Experience Team at customerservice@bigboldhealth.com.

Please have your name, order number and the item number of the product you wish to return. Please contact us prior to sending back your return. Any products returned to us without prior notification will not be refunded and will be returned to sender, no shipping costs will be refunded for these incidences.

Big Bold Health products are only available for purchase online directly to you. By offering our products direct, we’re able to keep your cost lower.

Yes, taxes are based on where the order is shipping to, taxability of a particular item is determined by the guidelines set forth by the jurisdiction the item will be shipped to. We cannot change or waive taxes on an order for any reason.

Unfortunately, in many states it is illegal to “practice medicine” over the phone. To get medical advice, you must see a physician. Legally, the Customer Experience Team cannot give medical advice, but they may be able to answer other questions about our product line. Big Bold Health is committed to providing you with highly effective, premium-quality supplements. However, if you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened products.

If you have unopened bottles, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label so you can easily get it back to us at no cost to you.

All Big Bold Health products are manufactured in the United States. However, some of our phytonutrient ingredients may come from trusted sources outside of the US.

The FDA, guided by the DSHEA Act, has strict dietary supplement regulations. However, the FDA does not individually review and approve each dietary supplement like it does for prescription drugs. Big Bold Health adheres to or exceeds all FDA guidelines for dietary supplements including those for development, manufacturing, bottling, and labeling.
