Rachelle's Raw Vegan Tea + Rose Energy Bites

Raw food is special, and Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat Sprout Powder makes a daily dose of raw-liveness simple. These vegan energy bites (or ‘bliss balls,’ to use a popular description) are super easy to make, either for yourself or for a beautiful table you’re planning. Be sure to customize with any nuts, fruit, herbs, or tea you like.

Makes 8 to 12 bites, depending on size

Prep time ~20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 tsp HTB Sprout Powder

2 cups sprouted sunflower seeds

1 cup soft dates, pitted

1 cup raisins, soaked (in Hojicha tea)

2 TBSP nut butter

2 TBSP organic orange peel

Sprinkle of salt

1/2 TBSP vanilla extract

½ TBSP of tincture of your choice


METHOD

Blend in a food processor, form into the shape of your choice, and roll in edible rose petals. Store refrigerated.
