Chewy peanut butter cookies packed with Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat, sweetened with honey, and studded with no-sugar chocolate chips. They come together in about 30 minutes and disappear even faster.

INGREDIENTS
3 cups almond flour
1/3 cup Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat Flour
1/2 cup peanut butter or another nut butter
1/2 cup honey
3 eggs
1 Tablespoon Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat Sprout Powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
No-sugar chocolate chips

METHOD
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth.
Line a cookie sheet with unbleached parchment paper and evenly space rolled cookie dough according to desired size
Bake for 15 minutes
