A high polyphenol diet and healthier brain aging
In a clinical brain-MRI trial, participants who followed a diet high in polyphenols, including green tea, walnuts, and Mankai, experienced significantly slower brain aging, alongside improvements in blood sugar metabolism over 18 months.
