Chef Lee's pumpkin pie smoothie

You know that feeling! As soon as the chill of autumn sets in, it's time for all things pumpkin spice. And it's a flavor most of us play on repeat, clear through to New Year's Day. Here's a new spin on this old favorite using HTB Rejuvenate Superfood.

Chef Lee's Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

2 frozen bananas, cut into rounds (~ 1 ½ cups)

¼ cup pumpkin puree

½ cup old fashioned oats

2 scoops HTB Rejuvenate Superfood

2 Tablespoons maple syrup

1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

2 cups non-dairy milk of your choice


Pumpkin Pie Smoothies made with HTB Rejuvenate Superfood

METHOD

Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Serve the smoothie in two glasses and top with whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice, or select your own favorites!
